Xiangdun will build a capacity of 15 million tires

The new Chinese company Hebei Xiangdun Tire Technology Co., Ltd., established in April 2025, has received official approval to launch a large-scale project. From December 26, 2025, the Qinghe region will become the site for the production of 15 million sets of motorcycle/EV tires and 500,000 units of automotive sealing systems. 

This decision is strategically important for the Qinghe area, where the rubber products industry already dominates the market (34 billion yuan in revenue in 2024, leading positions in sealing strips). The project not only increases volumes but also closes critical links in the local ecosystem, which has already seen the approval of projects for the production of hoses (September) and sealants (June) necessary for the motorcycle industry.
