According to the data published by the National Agency for Industrial Information (NAPI), in November-December 2024, Russia saw a rise in prices for non-premium tires for passenger cars.

The average cost of summer non-premium tires increased by 16.9%, while winter tires became more expensive by 9.2%. As analysts explain, such a sharp change in prices on the tire market could be a consequence of the November decline in the ruble's exchange rate against the yuan, dollar, and euro.

If compared to December 2023, the price of summer tires decreased from 11.1 to 10.5 thousand rubles, and winter tires increased from 9 to 9.5 thousand rubles.
