Toyo Tires will supply tyres for 10 cars at the Hokkaido Rally

Japanese manufacturer Toyo Tires will become the official tire supplier of the Open Country series for ten vehicles competing in the sixth round of the XCR Sprint Cup racing series — the Hokkaido Rally, to be held from September 4 to 6, 2026.

The rally will be held under FIA and JAF regulations and features extremely challenging forest stages totaling approximately 630 km. On certain sections of the route, vehicle speeds exceed 100 km/h. Well-known teams such as Flex Show Aikawa Racing, Kei Rally Project, and TCP Magic (in collaboration with Mazda) will participate. Popular SUV models set to compete include the Mitsubishi Triton, Lexus GX 550h, Toyota Land Cruiser 250, Mazda CX-60, and Suzuki Jimny.
