Titan releases new diagonal agricultural tires
American Titan International has announced the launch of a new line of agricultural diagonal tires, Titan AgraVANTAGE, with an R-1 type tread pattern (with standard tread depth), which currently includes 10 sizes for various equipment, including circular irrigation systems, tractors (with full and mechanical front-wheel drive), and combines.
The tires have an updated tread pattern with long lugs and a modified design, and the manufacturer emphasizes that they were created to provide maximum efficiency and durability and are capable of providing excellent traction in the field.
"Farmers know that for every type of work, reliable tires are needed, but not all units of equipment require radial tires," says Titan. "In any case, all equipment must operate at maximum performance, and AgraVANTAGE tires set new standards for traction and ride in applications where diagonal tires are sufficient."
The company adds that the improved tread pattern accelerates self-cleaning of the tread, and the tires are designed for those who want to install new tires on old but still necessary equipment. At the same time, over the past decade, no other American manufacturer has introduced diagonal tires with an R-1 tread pattern to the market, which "makes Titan the number one choice as a supplier of solutions for farmers and customers in the primary equipment sector".
Engineers have changed the angle of the lugs, which ensures both reliable contact with the ground and rapid self-cleaning. In addition, the tires are well-suited for muddy and soft soils, providing stable traction and stability when used on tractors and irrigation systems, and the tread design has been refined for more even wear, which helps customers save money. Finally, the new rubber compound recipe has made the tires both more durable and safer.
In the future, the AgraVANTAGE line will be expanded, and new sizes will be added for combines and grain trailers.
