
Titan to Expand Use of Goodyear Brand
Titan International, which currently has the right under the terms of a licensing agreement to produce agricultural tires Goodyear, will begin using this brand in other segments, and under it, tires for light construction and industrial equipment, quad bikes, golf carts, etc. will be produced.
Titan has also extended the agreement regarding the production of Goodyear agricultural tires, and the company says that the expansion of the assortment will allow meeting the diverse needs of customers, and the product line will include both the most compact tires for golf carts and the largest agricultural tires on the market Goodyear Optitrac in size 1400/30 R46, made using the LSW (Low Sidewall) technology developed at Titan and featuring a low-profile design.
"We are pleased to have received the rights to the Goodyear brand in new segments, as this will allow us to better serve the needs of our customers and take advantage of growth opportunities in developing markets," said Paul Reitz, President and CEO of Titan International. "Currently, our research department is already working on new tires, including innovative models for lawn and garden equipment."
In 2024, Titan acquired Carlstar and now has a wide range of tires for agriculture, earthmoving, construction, forestry, golf carts, quad bikes, and more in its assortment. As the company emphasizes, "a commitment to innovation and quality" ensures that the products meet stringent requirements and are suitable for modern equipment.
