Tires in the list of 100 best goods of Russia
The Nizhnekamsk complex of Kama Tyres and the Altai Tire Plant have entered the list of winners of the "100 Best Products of Russia" contest, which has been held since 1998 and is considered one of the most authoritative initiatives in the field of evaluating the quality of domestic products.
According to the results of the 2025 contest, the industrial tire Kama CLN (size 440/80 R28) received the status of laureate, and the truck tire Kama Pro NR 203 (315/60 R22.5) received the title of diploma winner in the nomination "Products of industrial and technical purpose".
"For Kama Tyres, this victory is a logical result of the strategic course for the development of engineering competencies and the introduction of modern technologies," noted Timur Sharipov, Executive Director of TD "Kama". "We see growing market requirements and confidently respond to them with products that combine reliability, efficiency and technological advancement".
Kama CLN is designed for use on forklifts, tractor-trailers and similar equipment and has a directional tread pattern with optimized density and massive blocks, designed to increase the life of the tires, as well as improve resistance to cuts, chipping and tearing, while the reinforced combined construction with metal cord is designed to provide a high level of safety throughout the entire life cycle of the product.
In turn, Kama Pro NR 203 is designed for operation on the leading axles of trucks and buses used predominantly in regional transportation. Compared to the previous generation model, the resource has been increased by 20%, and the tread pattern with large blocks and a lamella system is designed to provide reliable traction, including on wet and snowy surfaces. The design of the shoulder areas has been improved to prevent uneven wear, while the 3PMSF marking confirms that the tires work effectively on snow.
From the Altai Tire Plant's range, eight tires immediately became winners of the regional contest "Best Altai Product - 2025", and the aviation tire 1290x490-560 mod. 2A was included in the "Golden Hundred" of the best products of Russia.
"Of all the manufacturers in the Altai Territory, only six products were awarded the highest federal award. And the aviation tire of the Altai Tire Plant is among them. This is the highest assessment of the quality, reliability and innovation of our products, confirmed at the state level," the company notes. "This double success clearly proves that our tires can be trusted without exception, both at the regional and federal levels. We intend to continue holding the highest standard, strengthening the reputation of our enterprise as a flagship of domestic tire production".
