Deal completed: Camso now a Ceat brand

On September 1, Ceat Limited completed the acquisition of Camso's off-highway tire and track manufacturing business from Michelin Group. As a result of this deal, Ceat gets two new facilities in Sri Lanka: a tire manufacturing plant in Midigama and a foundry in Kottipitiya. 

Ceat also gets global ownership of the Camso brand, which will be permanently associated with various categories after a three-year licensing period.
