Conti SportContact 7 wins Tyre Reviews test

The new Continental SportContact 7 tire has won its first independent test, with Tyre Reviews magazine naming it the winner of the 2022 Ultra High-Performance test.

The new model has improved on the sixth-generation SportContact's performance, reducing stopping distances by 8 percent on wet roads and 6 percent on dry roads. Peter Robb, Continental's marketing director, said: "What a win for the SportContact 7! Given the success of its predecessor, this result is testament to Continental's commitment to producing best-in-class ultra-high-performance tires. We're thrilled with the win, especially as it's the new tire's first test".
