The Japanese corporation Bridgestone has introduced new truck tires for regional transportation - Bridgestone M853. According to the developers, they combine increased service life and increased carrying capacity.

Vice President of Marketing Scott Damon stated that thanks to unique technologies, it was possible to achieve high tire strength under any driving conditions, whether it's asphalt, mud, or gravel, as well as protect the carcass from mechanical damage. As a result, a high-quality product was obtained, which is distinguished by its durability.

This tire is designed for installation on any axle. The manufacturer claims that this tire, with its original tread pattern with closing blocks, provides improved traction, and the original design of the shoulder blocks eliminates the risk of uneven wear.

In addition, special bridges between the tread blocks make it possible to avoid feathering wear of the tread.

Also, as mentioned above, the tire has good protection of the carcass from mechanical damage. This is guaranteed by a whole system, which includes special stone ejectors, a steel layer in the carcass, four metal cord breakers, and reinforced sidewalls.

This model is a successor to the Bridgestone M850. It has a load index of H and will be available in two sizes - 11R22.5 and 11R24.5.
