Limited Liability Company “Nokian Shina“ from 01.01.2009 to 30.03.2010 provides the "Extended Warranty (Hakka Guarantee) for Nokian Tyres car tires", hereinafter also referred to as "HAKKA Guarantee" or "Extended Warranty".
The online store "Mosavtoshina" is also included in the list of representatives of the "Hakka Guarantee". At "Mosavtoshina", when purchasing Nokian Tyres winter tires, a warranty coupon is issued, and the buyer automatically becomes a participant in the "Hakka Guarantee" promotion. In accordance with the terms of the Extended Warranty, in case of detection of unintentional damage to the tire during operation, the authorized retail outlet undertakes to perform free repair or replacement of this tire.
General Provisions
The Extended Warranty for Nokian Tyres tires is an addition to the standard Warranty Terms and applies only to operational damages (excluding damages received during tire mounting). Nokian Tyres car tires include the following models:
Winter tires: Nokian Hakkapeliitta 5, Nokian Hakkapeliitta 7, Nokian Hakkapeliitta SUV 5, Nokian Hakkapeliitta R, Nokian Hakkapeliitta R SUV;
Summer tires: Nokian Hakka i3, Nokian Hakka H, Nokian Hakka V, Nokian Hakka Z, Nokian Hakka SUV, Nokian Hakka Z SUV.
The Extended Warranty applies only to operational damages, such as punctures, cuts, and sidewall bulging, except in cases where the damage is intentional (vandalism by the Consumer or third parties). The Extended Warranty does not include cases of tire damage related to the peculiarities of operation and not leading to the tire's failure, not violating its tightness. These include uneven tire wear during emergency braking with wheel lock, wear caused by the Consumer's driving manner, road surface characteristics (gravel, crushed stone, etc.), wear during operation in sports mode, superficial cosmetic damage that does not lead to loss of operational properties, etc.
The Extended Warranty does not apply to studs, i.e., stud loss is not a warranty case. The Extended Warranty also does not apply to tires that have been previously repaired outside of an Authorized retail outlet.
