Michelin completes the acquisition of Flex Composite Group

Michelin completed the acquisition of Flex Composite Group on September 27, 2023, under the terms announced on June 19, 2023. According to the buyer, "thus, Michelin and FCG have created a leader in the field of high-tech engineering fabrics and films".

The acquisition is part of Michelin's in Motion 2030 strategy and is said to mark "a significant step forward in the development of the group's polymer composite activity".
