Michelin introduces Xtra Power L5** for quarries

Michelin has strengthened its offering for the mining and construction sectors by introducing the MICHELIN Xtra Power L5** 26.5 R25 tire, specifically designed for the most powerful modern loaders. This model is a logical addition to the existing Xtra Power range, launched in 2021. The main development goal was to provide a unique combination of exceptional strength and high performance required for continuous operation in extreme conditions.

Technical manager Clifford de Jager emphasized that this tire is optimized for maximum payload and efficient engine power transmission, which directly affects the overall performance of the quarry. At the same time, special attention was paid to the operator's comfort, which is essential for long shifts in challenging work areas.
