Controlling shareholder Jiangsu General may change, leading to a potential merger with Wanli

Jiangsu General company announced that its controlling shareholder, HOdo Group, plans to change control over the company.

According to the tire manufacturer, "HOdo Group intends to transfer its 24.41% stake in the company to Guangzhou Industrial Investment Holding Group or a designated legal entity".
