Hanon Systems becomes a subsidiary of Hankook after acquisition

The Hankook & Company group announced the completion of the acquisition of Hanon Systems, the world's second-largest provider of automotive thermal solutions.

The full ownership of Hanon System occurred ten years after Hankook & Company first acquired a 19.4 percent stake in the company.
