Hankook supplies tires for the Infiniti QX65
Hankook Tire will be the supplier of tires for the luxury coupe-shaped crossover Infiniti QX65, which is entering the North American market and is considered the spiritual successor to the famous FX model.
The QX65 will be equipped with 20-inch all-season tires Hankook Dynapro HP2, which, like other models in the Dynapro family, are designed specifically for crossovers and SUVs. According to Hankook, thanks to close technical cooperation with Infiniti, the tires have been optimized to take into account the characteristics of the new crossover and provide both balanced handling and increased comfort, including acoustic comfort.
The tires have a reinforced polyester carcass construction, which provides stability under load and increases service life, while the tread pattern has been redesigned to reduce noise, and the silica-based rubber compound reduces rolling resistance, improving fuel efficiency.

Hankook and Nissan have been collaborating since 2013, and the Korean brand's tires have been approved for popular models such as the Frontier, Altima, Pathfinder, Sentra, X-Trail, and Infiniti QX60. With the signing of a new supply agreement, the company intends to strengthen its competitiveness in the North American market, where there is traditionally a high demand for SUVs and crossovers. To this end, Hankook is also collaborating with other manufacturers and supplying tires from the Dynapro line to vehicles from the Chevrolet and GMC brands, owned by General Motors, as well as equipping the Ford F-150 pickup truck.
According to Hankook, the North American market is of key importance, and the company is seeking to expand its presence in the region through partnerships with automotive brands and various marketing initiatives, such as advertising on 26 stadiums during the regular Major League Baseball (MLB) championship.
