Goodyear previews the BTCC events at Silverstone

The British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) heads to the fast National Silverstone circuit this weekend for rounds 25-27, where the Goodyear tyre strategy will be crucial. 

Drivers will have one set of soft compound tyres (marked in white) and two sets of medium compound tyres (marked in yellow) at their disposal, as well as the opportunity to use up to three sets of carry-over tyres from previous events. The prevalence of right-handers and Silverstone's quick layout demands specific car set-ups to maximize tyre efficiency.
