Goodyear: Mark Stewart replaces Rich Kramer as CEO

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has appointed Mark Stewart as chief executive officer and president, effective January 29, 2024. He will succeed Richard J. Kramer, who announced his departure from Goodyear at the end of 2023. 

In addition, effective January 29, Laurette T. Koellner, Goodyear's independent lead director since 2019, will become non-executive chairman of the board, and Stewart will join Goodyear's board of directors as a director.
