Enviro expands cooperation with Michelin

The partnership between Michelin and the Swedish company Enviro Systems (Enviro) will enable the use of recycled raw materials from end-of-life racing tires to produce new tires, including racing tires.

Enviro uses a pyrolysis process to extract carbon black, oil, and other materials from used tires and has been testing the recycling of Michelin racing tires at its plant in Osensbruk, Sweden, since the beginning of the year.

The company plans to gradually implement the recycling of Michelin racing tires throughout 2026.
