Continental celebrates victory at the "Tour de France"

Continental celebrated a double victory of the Slovenian Tadej Pogačar at the "Tour de France" race, as a result of which he received both the yellow jersey of the winner and the polka dot jersey awarded to the leader in the mountain stages. In the race, Pogačar used the Continental Archetype and GP5000 TT TR tires.

"Tadej's exceptional achievements highlight our commitment to delivering exceptional tire performance," said Hannah Ferle, Manager of the Road Bike Tires department at Continental. "Each tire has excellent manufacturing quality, which enables success at the highest level."

Mauro Gianetti, Team Principal of Emirates-XRG, for which Pogačar competes, added that "Continental tires gave us a real competitive advantage. Their speed and reliability are key factors in our success."

In 2025, riders on Continental tires won a total of eight stage victories at the "Tour de France" - the highest value among tire manufacturers.
