Ceat sets up subsidiary in Brazil

According to notifications sent to BSE and National Stock Exchange of India, tyre manufacturer Ceat Ltd. has set up a subsidiary in Brazil. 

Ceat Brazil Tires Servicos Ltda was incorporated on October 2, 2023, as an entity to trade in products on behalf of Ceat Ltd. As per Ceat, the subsidiary is yet to commence its operations.
