BRZ brings new all-season tires to the market
The range of Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi (BRZ), the only tire plant in Uzbekistan, has been expanded to include a new passenger all-season tire, the Bars Timeflexx T, designed with the local climate in mind and capable of maintaining efficiency at temperatures from -10 to +50 ℃, making it suitable for operation in conditions of hot summer and mild winter.
The tires are made from a rubber compound with reduced stiffness, which is intended to help the tires absorb vibrations and soften impacts. Additionally, due to the modified compound, the tires are able to maintain elasticity at low temperatures, but only during short-term cooling to -10 ℃, and the novelty is not suitable for a more northern climate.
The tread pattern of the Timeflexx T is designed to provide the necessary grip on dry, wet, and snowy surfaces, and the four wide longitudinal channels in combination with zigzag lamellae are responsible for quick water drainage and reducing the risk of aquaplaning, while the lamella design has been improved to enhance handling on dry roads.
Special attention has been paid by the developers to improving the ride comfort of the tires, and the closed design of the shoulder areas and wide blocks are intended to prevent excessive deformation of the tread at high loads. Additionally, the sloping walls of the blocks reduce the likelihood of uneven wear, and special protrusions in the grooves prevent stones from getting stuck, and BRZ emphasizes that, despite the increased softness of the rubber compound, the tires have a high operational resource. Moreover, the closed shoulder sections improve the level of acoustic comfort.
Bars Timeflexx T will be available on the market in 19 sizes, from 165/70 R13 to 235/50 R19, and in the Bars brand lineup, the novelty joins the recently presented Timeflexx F tire, which is also designed for year-round use and is available in 16 sizes, from 165/70 R13 to 235/65 R17.
BRZ is part of the "Tire Business" direction of the "Tatneft" group, along with Ikon Tyres (Russia) and Tengri Tyres (Kazakhstan), and the company emphasizes that "uniform quality standards are in effect at all sites, corresponding to the best world practices in the industry".
