Bridgestone on Citroen

23 january 2010
Michelin has lost its exclusive tire supply for the first sets of French cars Citroen. The cooperation between the two French companies lasted for more than 70 years, but today this story has been interrupted.

A new tire supplier has been found for the latest Citroen cars. And its name is Bridgestone. Japanese Bridgestone Turanza ER300 tires will be installed on brand new five-door hatchbacks from the beginning of this year. The three-door brothers will be equipped with even more powerful sports tires Bridgestone Potenza. Tires with an asymmetric pattern make the tires the most stable due to protection against aquaplaning.

From today, Bridgestone is the main supplier of Citroen.
