Hadley Group's vehicle fleet switches to Michelin tires

Building systems and cold-rolled steel manufacturer Hadley Group has stated that the decision to switch to Michelin tyres instead of a competing brand in its fleet of trucks and trailers has proven to be "invaluable".

The Smethwick-based company stated that the combination of Michelin's X Multi tyres and data analysis through Michelin Connected Fleet has provided "actionable insights" that helped it to "identify and rectify low tyre pressure". This, combined with the introduction of new vehicles into the fleet, has resulted in a 13 percent reduction in fuel consumption from October 2023 to October 2024.
