The all-season Yokohama ES501 tire was developed for owners of passenger cars who value a balance between comfort, handling, and durability. Positioned as a "premium" class model, it differs in the use of technologies from the Japanese brand's sports tires, which provided it with high accuracy of response to steering and stable traction in any weather conditions.
One of such solutions was the Micro Flexible compound, created on the basis of microsilica and special elastomeric polymers. This mixture provides the tire with exceptional traction and resistance to temperature fluctuations.
