Wolftyres Nord cargo stud

The Wolftyres Nord cargo stud winter tire is designed for small-capacity commercial vehicles. It is intended for intensive use in regions with a cold climate, standing out for its reliability of grip on snowy and icy roads, along with high mileage and fuel efficiency.

The tread pattern is made in a directional design with a V-shaped arrangement of grooves. In combination with the large width of the drainage elements, this allows for intense removal of water and its mixture with snow and road slush from the contact patch. Large blocks are distributed in groups, which significantly lengthens the gripping edges, increasing the traction and braking effort on snow. The pressure across the contact patch is distributed more evenly, improving handling and resistance to wear of the tread. The high resistance to deformation of the shoulder blocks and the longitudinal rib in the middle further enhances these properties.
