The tread pattern has an asymmetric arrangement of elements with their distribution into two functional zones. The outer side is "responsible" for the stability of the traction properties at high speeds, and the inner side is for handling on wet surfaces. In the first case, the massiveness and resistance to deformation of the longitudinal rib and blocks at the edges of the tread are used, and in the second case, the increased number and length of the sharp edges of the blocks and drainage grooves. The volume of the latter allows for the removal of almost any amount of water from under the tire with very high intensity, which minimizes the risk of aquaplaning. The tread elements are relatively positioned with a significant offset. This prevents the occurrence of resonant noises and vibrations, increasing the level of acoustic comfort in the car's cabin.
