Improvements in all respects without exception were achieved through the use of advanced technologies, as well as the experience and knowledge of foreign specialists who took the most active part in its development.
Double metal cord and breaker
One of the key features of this tire's design is the carcass construction. It is based on a double metal cord, which has a very high carrying capacity. The breaker has also been similarly reinforced with an additional (second) layer, like the first, made of nylon cord. In real operation, these features provide the tire with excellent strength and carrying capacity, as well as a number of other advantages. First and foremost, this is resistance to uneven wear, punctures, and cuts, and, in addition, very stable and predictable handling with clear feedback.
Good traction properties on any surface
In turn, the design of this tire's tread is characterized by the presence of a large number of separate blocks. In the central part, they are located longitudinally, which provides good directional stability and also reduces rolling resistance. The design of the shoulder areas contains larger tread elements. The transverse arrangement in combination with higher stiffness allows these blocks to provide the tire with stability during maneuvering, as well as efficiency during acceleration and braking.
