A longitudinal rib runs exactly in the center of the tread pattern. It is made solid, which gives it high resistance to deformation due to the impact of transverse acceleration forces. This gives the tire stable behavior and also provides the driver with clear feedback, making it easier to control the vehicle.

Multifunctional shoulder blocks

Another important feature of the tread is the design of the shoulder blocks. These elements consist of several parts, giving them multifunctionality. The trapezoidal shape of the blocks in the side projection and their massive size enhance the traction properties when maneuvering. In turn, the edges formed by them and the cuts provide the tire with high efficiency when accelerating and decelerating, especially on wet surfaces.
