Tire specifications
DescriptionDescription Tigar Summer SUV
Summer tire for SUVs Tigar Summer SUV is one of the novelties of the well-known Eastern European manufacturer. Its development was handled by specialists from the company Michelin, thanks to which it has excellent characteristics at a more than favorable cost.
Universal tread pattern
One of the characteristic features of this model is the tread pattern, which gives it excellent traction and adhesion properties on various types of surfaces. They are provided due to the numerous edges of adhesion formed by the presence of a large number of blocks. At the same time, they are located at a sufficiently significant distance from each other, so that the tire demonstrates confidence not only on wet asphalt but also on dirt roads.
Excellent stability at any speed
The numerous blocks on the Tigar Summer SUV tread are arranged in such a way that during movement, they form five longitudinal ribs. This design gives the tire excellent stability at any speed, as well as improves a number of other operational characteristics. First of all, it's the responsiveness of the steering and fuel efficiency.
Reinforced construction of shoulder areas
Another distinctive feature of the design of this model is the design of the shoulder areas of the tread. They contain a large number of very wide blocks arranged transversely. Due to this, the tire, when moving, demonstrates a number of important advantages. The main one is excellent resistance to skidding in turns. In addition, the massive construction and transverse arrangement of the shoulder blocks improve the car's dynamics during acceleration, as well as reduce the braking distance, and also the stability of the traction properties when moving in such modes.
Main features of the Tigar Summer SUV tire
- reliable traction properties on various types of surfaces due to the universal tread pattern;
- 5-rib design of the tread provides excellent stability at any speed, fast and accurate reactions to steering wheel turns, reduces fuel consumption;
- wide shoulder areas with a large number of massive blocks reduce the braking distance, improve dynamics during acceleration, provide stability in turns.

Maybe my review will be helpful for someone as I am not a company "envier", which managed to produce 235/55/19 wheels for 6,000 rubles and outdo all the well-known brands, which offer similar sets for 10-12,000 rubles. Look at that yourself!
So, I liked the tire. For the last summer, I traveled around 20,000 km. I wanted the tire to provide me with silence,

I bought these tires instead of my original Continental, which honestly wore out at 150 000 km. I chose them based on reviews, my main criteria were price and reliability, which they have lived up to. The tire is soft, which gives it both pros and cons. It's quiet, comfortable on uneven roads, good on clay and sand, and doesn't hydroplane on speed. However, it's also slightly harsh in corners and on straight roads, has softer braking and acceleration without wheels

I'll say it straight away. I don't drive slowly. Out of reach of speed cameras, my speed is at least 140-150 km/h. I've used three sets of these tires on three different cars. My driving conditions are 50/50 highway and city. My first car was a RAV 4, 4th generation, with 235/55 R18 tires, the second was a RAV 4, 4th generation (restyled), I don't remember the size, but it had R17 wheels. Now I'm using them on a Toyota Land Cruiser 200, 1st restyle, 2015, with 285/60 R18 tires. All my cars have been turbo diesel. I can only say good things about these tires! They're excellent! I recommend them if you want quality for a reasonable price, without overpaying for a brand name. (Expensive doesn't mean good!!!) That's my personal opinion based on my life experience. I have no complaints about these tires at all. In my case, the speed mode of operation is not gentle on the tires. They can easily handle speeds of 220 km/h, which I've personally tested multiple times. They handle the road perfectly, both on dry asphalt and on wet roads. I first bought tires from this manufacturer back in 2017, I think. The first time I bought them, I was hesitant, since there was no information or reviews about these tires, but I decided to take the risk. The second and third times, I bought them with pleasure and confidence, since I'd personally tested the tires in all modes of operation. They're impact-resistant. No bulges appear. I've hit serious potholes at a decent speed multiple times. I went on a road trip to Europe in my RAV 4, to Paris, Stuttgart, Strasbourg, and Brussels. In Poland, on the autobahn, at a speed of 120 km/h, I hit a deep and sharp pothole, and I thought the wheel would come off. But I got through it without any issues. The only problem is that I live in the regions, and buying these tires in the regions is a problem. I have to drive to the nearest pickup center, in Krasnodar, which is 550 km away. I prefer to see the product before buying it. That's it. In conclusion, I can only say one thing - I RECOMMEND THEM! I'm sure you'll be pleased with the mileage and performance. I wish everyone a wonderful life and a great mood. Good luck on the roads and on your travels!
