The Taurus Ice winter tire is designed for daily use on any snowy and icy roads. It is characterized by traction stability and braking efficiency on ice, driving comfort, fuel efficiency, and high mileage.
The tread of the tire is made of a compound based on "silica". It is distinguished by its ability to maintain elasticity at very low temperatures, increased thermal conductivity, and resistance to abrasive wear. The tread pattern is rich in numerous spikes, arranged in such a way as to provide maximum traction on any slippery surface. Closely spaced lamellas enhance this ability.
