The Taurus 201 Winter commercial tire is designed for vans and light trucks, operated in winter conditions. Even at the development stage, the model was improved to enhance its driving characteristics. Thanks to its high-tech design, the tire features good grip with the road surface and provides safe movement.

The tread pattern is based on large blocks, both in the center and on the "shoulders". The central rib has large blocks arranged in two rows, which improve course stability - the vehicle moves effortlessly even on loose snow and wet asphalt. Numerous two-dimensional lamellas provide stable movement on icy surfaces, so the tire literally "bites" into the smallest irregularities on the road surface. And this, in turn, has a positive impact on acceleration and braking characteristics. In the shoulder area of the tire, there are large mud-grabbing studs that improve handling, maneuverability, and allow the vehicle to move on snow without difficulty.

Thanks to three deep ring-shaped grooves of different profiles, which effectively remove moisture, dirt, and snow from the contact patch with the road surface, the tire is not prone to aquaplaning.
