The commercial tire Simpeco Praktik D1 is installed on the drive axle of highway tractors and large-capacity trucks. It is distinguished by its high traction properties on wet and snowy surfaces, as well as its reliability and resistance to mechanical damage.

The tread pattern is made in the so-called "block" design, representing a combination of numerous small elements. The sharp edges formed by them and the lamellas provide excellent traction and stability not only on wet surfaces, but also on ice and in snow. It is worth noting the rubber compound that remains sufficiently elastic at low temperatures, which additionally enhances the grip under adverse road conditions. The tread remains effective even on dry roads. The blocks are arranged in a "chess" order, which not only increases the contact patch area but also provides even pressure on the road surface. As a result, the traction properties are improved, as is their stability, wear is reduced, and rolling resistance is decreased.
