At all stages of production, the tire undergoes thorough quality control, which excludes the possibility of defective products reaching the consumer.
New carcass design
Off-road tires Sava Intensa SUV are constantly exposed to various overloads, resulting in frequent damage and ruptures. To avoid these negative consequences, a new carcass was used in this model, which has increased strength. A new cord winding technology and more durable materials were used in its creation. As a result, the tire can withstand increased loads without problems. The new carcass structure also allowed for a more even distribution of pressure inside the tread, which increased the tire's mileage.
Improved tread design
When creating the tread, a modern method of computer 3D modeling was used, which made it possible to achieve an optimal arrangement of blocks on the tread surface. The central continuous row of blocks provides excellent stability when driving in a straight line and accelerates feedback. The new shape of the blocks located in the shoulder area made it possible to achieve excellent stability when cornering. Three wide channels quickly remove water from the tread, minimizing possible aquaplaning. Smaller grooves reduce the noise effect when driving and increase stability on wet road surfaces. To prevent lateral damage, the shoulder area is made of a thicker rubber layer.
