With a traditionally low cost for Chinese products, this model stands out for its excellent performance characteristics, as evidenced by the high speed indices assigned to it - T, H, and V (depending on the size). In addition, the manufacturer offers a rather extensive size range, which includes several dozen of the most popular sizes for wheels with a landing diameter from 13 to 16 inches. I.e., this tire is perfect for almost any small-class passenger car.
Universal tread pattern
Since the Sailun Atrezzo SH402 tire is designed for year-round use, i.e., even in winter, it's no surprise that Chinese tire manufacturers have equipped it with a tread pattern that literally abounds with many small-sized blocks. Thanks to this, the contact patch has a large number of edges that provide traction on slippery roads.
In addition, it is impossible not to note the high degree of adaptability of the tread pattern to summer operation. In particular, a very wide double longitudinal rib is located in the center of it, which provides high directional stability when driving at high speeds. Moreover, the rigid design of this tread element gave the tire sharp reactions, making the handling more sporty.
High resistance to splashing
Considering the possibility of operation in winter, Chinese tire manufacturers have equipped this model with a drainage system adapted to remove not only water but also more heavy snow masses from the contact patch. For these purposes, all drainage grooves have been significantly increased, which allowed the tread to be more effectively cleaned. In addition, the transverse water drainage channels have a wedge-shaped form, which contributes to an increase in the speed of water circulation, which made it possible to significantly increase the resistance to aquaplaning.
