RoadX RXFrost WH03

The RoadX Frost WH03 winter tire is designed for medium-sized passenger cars. It represents a so-called "friction" tire, which is distinguished by improved grip properties on rolled snow and wet pavement, as well as acoustic comfort and high mileage.

In the design of the tread pattern, large blocks prevail, which provide the formation of differently directed elongated edges in the contact patch. This allows the tire to demonstrate confident behavior on snow. The distribution of elements along the longitudinal ribs reduces rolling resistance, increases steering accuracy and stability at high speeds. The blocks contain several types of slits. Wavy lamellas, forming numerous sharp edges, improve traction on slippery surfaces. Small holes in such conditions dry the road surface. This additionally enhances the grip properties on ice and wet roads.
