Description Prinx Xlab Comfort EV
The Prinx Xlab Comfort EV summer tire is designed for passenger vehicles with "hybrid" and electric powertrains. The strong points of this model are improved traction properties on wet surfaces, acoustic comfort, and extended service life.
Compared to most competitors, the tire stands out due to the use of several expensive technologies in its design. First and foremost, this is Silenteck, which involves the use of an additional layer of latex foam with a fine-porous structure on the inner side of the tread. This component significantly reduces the noise generated by the tire while driving, which has a positive effect on the acoustic comfort inside the vehicle's cabin. It is worth noting the ribbed profile of the longitudinal drainage grooves, which also reduces noise. The inner side of the tire contains a layer of self-vulcanizing rubber, which seals the puncture site and other damages up to 6 mm in diameter. The next important feature of the tire is the profile of its tread. This gives the contact patch a nearly square shape, which, on the one hand, increases the stability of the traction properties and facilitates the management process during maneuvering, and on the other hand, prevents rapid wear of the tread.
Key features of the Prinx Xlab Comfort EV:
- high reliability due to the layer of self-vulcanizing rubber on the inner side of the tire;
- latex foam in the tread structure reduces noise and vibrations, increasing acoustic comfort inside the vehicle's cabin;
- optimized tread profile and tread pattern improve handling and traction on dry and wet surfaces
