Powertrac PowerLander M/T

The Powertrac PowerLander M/T summer tire is installed on pickups and SUVs. The operational properties are selected to provide maximum efficiency on unpaved roads with reduced carrying capacity. In such conditions, the tire demonstrates high traction and reliability.

The tread pattern is made in a typical open design for MT category tires with numerous blocks. In the central part, they are arranged in pairs in a "chess" order, differing in a complex polygonal shape. It provides a contact patch with very long curved edges, arranged at different angles. This solution, on the one hand, reduces rolling resistance and noise, and on the other hand, improves off-road capability. The shoulder blocks are turned across, and their shape is selected to maximize traction on unpaved roads with low carrying capacity.

Directly under the tread is a breaker. Its design has been significantly strengthened with an additional nylon cord. Its fibers are arranged in a spiral, and when wound, no seams or joints are formed. This "substrate" significantly reduces the risk of mechanical damage, and also additionally increases the stability of the coupling properties and the resistance to wear of the tread.
