Pirelli Cinturato P7 new

The updated version of the summer passenger tire Pirelli Cinturato P7 differs from the previous version by the application of Green Performance technology. It allowed to significantly improve not only the "environmental friendliness" of the tire, but also the more important operational properties for the target audience of Italian brand products. These include a sporty-tuned handling, high-speed directional stability, which are at a high level for this class.

To a large extent, the "lively" character of the tire on the road is due to the design of its tread pattern. Compact blocks are located in its central part, and rigid, deformation-resistant elements are located on the edges. This solution increases the accuracy of steering control, both on straight sections and when maneuvering. The increased volume of the four longitudinal grooves allows maintaining the stability of the traction properties and the sporty-tuned reactions to the driver's actions, including on a wet surface.

The tread of the tire is made of a compound, the composition of which has been significantly updated. Modern polymers and silicon-containing components are used in it. They allow the tread to more closely envelop the road surface, increasing the grip with it. This ability is supplemented by increased strength against rupture and stretching, which slows down the wear process of the tread, minimizing the risk of its mechanical damage.
