A significant part of the solutions applied in the design of this tire were "borrowed" from Nokian winter models, where they have shown high efficiency. One of them is the arrow-shaped design of the central longitudinal rib. The zigzag profile and solid construction provide the tire with increased stability at high speeds and traction characteristics on slippery surfaces.

Increased resistance to aquaplaning and slushplaning

The tread drainage system of this tire is also built "in the image and likeness" of a similar component in winter models. It contains four longitudinal and numerous transverse grooves. The latter are located at an angle and against the direction of movement. In combination with the significant size of the drainage grooves, this significantly increases the stability of the tread, both to aquaplaning and slushplaning.
