The all-season Nexen Roadian ATX tire is designed for pickups, SUVs, and crossovers. The model is intended for all-season use in mixed conditions, demonstrating confident behavior on both asphalt and light off-road.
Announced in 2022, the tire features an asymmetric tread pattern of the non-directional type with five ribs. A distinctive feature is the abundance of irregularly shaped blocks that act as lugs. This design increases traction on asphalt and also improves passability when driving on rough terrain. This factor also reduced the braking distance, increasing the overall level of safety.
As for the drainage system, it is made open. Numerous channels of significant depth densely cover the entire tire, facilitating the removal of liquid mud and water. The structure of the channels themselves is designed to expel solid particles, ensuring the cleanliness of the contact area.
