The Nexen N'Fera SU1 summer tire is specifically designed for powerful passenger cars that operate in various conditions. When creating this model, the main emphasis was placed on improved handling on wet road surfaces and reliable protection against possible overloads. This was achieved through innovative technologies and modern materials used in the manufacturing process.
Updated rubber compound composition
A special rubber compound composition was used to achieve increased traction on wet roads. The increased silica content has increased the elasticity of the tread, resulting in excellent traction qualities on wet road surfaces and accelerated recovery properties. Even in heavy rain, the Nexen N'Fera SU1 tire handles the road perfectly. To improve wear-resistant properties, an updated silicon composition was used in the rubber compound, which increased the wear resistance of the tread without reducing its elasticity.
3D sipes
This model features new 3D sipes and four wide, water-removing grooves. The latter perform their function perfectly, quickly removing water from the contact zone. The sipes increase traction on wet road surfaces, reduce noise while driving, and evenly distribute heat across the entire tread surface. As a result, the tire is characterized by excellent handling on any road surface, maximum ride comfort, and a longer service life.
New tread block design
The new tread blocks have made it possible to achieve the maximum contact patch, which has increased stability during straight-line driving and reduced response time. The new blocks have sharp edges, which increases traction on any road surface. Even on unpaved roads, the tire shows excellent operational qualities.
