Summer tire Moscow M-260 differs from a significant part of the products released by the Moscow Tire Plant, by the scope of application. The fact is that it is designed for commercial vehicles with small carrying capacity - light trucks and minibuses. Specific operating conditions predetermined the presence of a number of design features in this model, which ensured its increased reliability, service life and low operating costs.
High load-carrying capacity
One of the characteristic features of this model is its high load-carrying capacity. This is achieved through a number of technical solutions. In particular, a all-steel cord was used as the basis of the design, which gave the tire not only increased strength, but also resistance to dynamic deformation, due to which the tire demonstrates excellent handling.

It contains two very massive shoulder zones, which ensures optimal distribution of external pressure over the contact patch. This is achieved due to the symmetrical non-directional tread pattern, which contains a large number of traction edges. They are formed by a multitude of separate blocks of complex polygonal shape, as well as numerous straight lamellas.
