DescriptionDescription Maxxis Victra Sport VS-01
The Maxxis Victra Sport VS-01 summer tire is one of the novelties of the well-known Asian brand. The model is offered in a wide range of sizes for wheels with a landing diameter from 16 to 21 inches. At the same time, all versions have the highest speed indices - W and Y, which is explained by the scope of the tire. It is designed taking into account the dynamic characteristics of the most powerful passenger cars.
Asymmetric Tread
The tread pattern is made in an asymmetric design with several functional areas. One of them is the central longitudinal rib. This element has no breaks throughout its length and is distinguished by massive dimensions. At high speeds, these features improve directional stability and stability of traction properties during longitudinal accelerations.
The massive shoulder blocks have a transverse arrangement and edges curved to the edges of the tread. This design reduces their mobility during lateral accelerations, which improves traction properties during maneuvering. At the same time, the formed edges of the contact patch reduce the braking distance on wet pavement.
Another functional area is the drainage grooves. Their number is relatively small, but at the same time, the significant volume and arrangement selected using three-dimensional modeling provide for the fastest possible water diversion from the contact patch.
Reinforced Casing
To a large extent, the accuracy of control and stability in any driving mode is ensured by the reinforced casing. Its design includes a breaker, the cord of which is entirely made of high-carbon steel. This element is distinguished not only by its strength but also by its resistance to significant deformative effects. A similar solution is applied to the sidewalls. This allows the tire to "hold its shape", thereby ensuring the stability of traction properties and quick responses to the driver's actions.
Main Features of Maxxis Victra Sport VS-01
- An asymmetric tread with functional areas provides balanced traction properties in any road conditions;
- Stability on straight and in turns thanks to a rigid longitudinal rib in the center and shoulder blocks;
- The cord of the breaker and sidewalls made of high-carbon steel provides accurate control and stable traction properties during maneuvering;
- Resistance to aquaplaning due to wide and deep drainage grooves.

Over 10,000 km of driving from May to August. Very soft and quiet tire. Noise appears at speeds over 120 km/h, subjectively quite strong. At 200 km/h, the car holds the road perfectly. Impacts on potholes did not cause tire damage. Initial balancing up to 20 grams per wheel. Rebalancing after approximately 8,000 km showed deviations within 10 grams per wheel. In terms of price-quality ratio, a better option is hard

Read the great reviews about the tire, bought 245/45/19 in size H1, drove a few thousand miles. The pluses are - strong walls with disk rim protection, looks good visually, not the most quiet, but not the quietest either, almost no steering wheel vibrations when driving on uneven roads, good directional stability at high speeds (I drive fast, I accelerated this tire to 180). The minuses are - it doesn't roll, like it's running on a

Been in Saudi Arabia and Asian countries. Very popular brand there. Bought a 225/45/19 this summer. The expectations were justified. Five-star rating considering that hardly anyone drives there. Wishing you all the best.
