All-season passenger tire Matador MP-71 Izzarda 4x4 A/T M+S is designed exclusively for vehicles with increased cross-country ability, but not only for crossovers and SUVs, but also for light trucks. Of the 13 sizes offered by this Slovak manufacturer, one is suitable for installation on commercial vehicles with a small carrying capacity. Meanwhile, the tire is distinguished by quite high speed indices for this category — T or H, which once again proves its exceptional abilities.
Universality of application
The prefix in the name A/T means All Terrain, i.e. this model is designed for year-round operation on any type of coverage. Such universal abilities were achieved largely due to the use of an S-shaped symmetrical non-directional tread pattern. At the same time, it cannot be denied its originality, given the presence of six longitudinal ribs in it. Each of them represents a separate row of fairly massive blocks.
Low noise level
Despite the block structure of the tread pattern, the Slovak tire makers managed to minimize the risk of resonance noise and vibration. To do this, a multi-step arrangement of all tread elements was used.
Good cross-country performance
Thanks to the large number of tread blocks, the Matador MP-71 Izzarda 4x4 A/T M+S tire demonstrates excellent traction properties with various types of coverage. At the same time, the tread is distinguished by excellent self-cleaning properties, due to the large distance between the blocks. In addition, it is worth noting the bidirectionality of the arrangement of tread elements. I.e. the tire is characterized by high traction-slip characteristics in both directions of movement.
