Marshal MW51 – winter tire from the South Korean manufacturer, designed for installation on a wide range of passenger cars, including sedans, wagons, crossovers and mid-size SUVs. It is characterized by effective contact with both dry and wet or snowy road surfaces, confident handling on winter roads and stability of the compound state under various temperature regimes.
The model is developed using advanced technologies, which made it possible to maximize the optimization of the tread, making it the most versatile. The central part of it is occupied by a thin circumferential rib, consisting of separate elements of irregular shape. Its main task is to provide vehicle maneuverability and quick response to steering wheel turns. The long segmented blocks departing from the rib at an angle form numerous engagement surfaces, which improve the density of contact with uneven road surfaces, ensuring its reliable fixation. This has a positive effect on maintaining control over the vehicle while performing turns and maneuvers.
The entire surface of the block structures is abundantly covered with a network of three-dimensional lamellas, which allow you to feel confident even in icy conditions. To this should be added the use of a compound with a significant percentage of siliceous components, which increase the degree of adaptation to low temperatures. The latter is expressed in maintaining a certain level of elasticity, which contributes to the improvement of traction and coupling properties.
It is also worth noting the high tread layer, which provides a long service life while maintaining a high level of performance characteristics.
