Landspider Wintertraxx SUV — a studded-less winter tyre, developed for crossovers and SUVs. The model has M+S and 3PMSF markings and is designed for movement on snow and icy surfaces. The official range covers fitment diameters from 16 to 22 inches, including standard and reinforced XL versions, depending on the tyre size.
The tread pattern is directional and consists of large blocks with saw-toothed edge geometry. The lateral grooves open from the central zone to the shoulders, helping to clear the contact patch of snow. At the same time, the massive elements create wide support areas necessary for transmitting traction and lateral forces on a snowy road. The pronounced direction of the tread pattern helps maintain consistent traction properties while rolling.
The blocks are cut by a dense network of thin lamellas. Their numerous edges engage when working on snow and ice, complementing the saw-toothed edges of the main elements. For block sequences, several variants of the step are used: alternating sections of different lengths distribute the frequencies of the sound generated during rolling and reduce the expressiveness of monotonous noise.
