Imperial SR1 Ice Plus

The commercial tire Imperial SR1 Ice Plus is designed for operation on public roads during the winter period. Its main distinguishing feature is a developed system of channels, supplemented by numerous lamellas. Together, this provides good water drainage and increases traction properties.

The tire compound is represented by a modern composition with silica, which makes it maximally adapted to various temperature conditions. Therefore, the tire does not lose its properties, either in frost or in case of short-term thaw.

In the central part of the tread, there is a massive longitudinal rib consisting of numerous blocks. This achieves a high level of stability when driving straight, and also increases the responsiveness to steering wheel turns.

The side zones are equipped with large blocks and deep diagonal water drains. Thanks to this, the tire demonstrates good passability on snowy roads, minimizing slushplaning.

Traction properties, including on slippery surfaces, are ensured by a developed system of lamellas that cover all elements of the tire, significantly increasing the number of gripping edges.
