The Japanese company Hanksugi was founded in 2002 at the same time as the launch of the production site in China. The development of automobile tires is carried out in the Land of the Rising Sun by local engineers. To a large extent, it is this that explains the excellent operational properties of the tires of this brand.

Currently, the company is represented exclusively in the segment of commercial tires for trucks and large-capacity buses. At the same time, an extremely wide range of models is offered, providing for almost all scenarios for the use of this equipment. All tires are divided into the following categories:

- for highway transportation;
- for urban and regional roads;
- for mixed operating conditions and off-road use.

The "highway" line of tires from the brand consists of predominantly universal models that can be used on any axis of trucks. To a large extent, this is due to the use of tread patterns, where there are a large number of lamellas, providing stable traction and coupling properties on wet pavement.

For urban and regional transportation, the manufacturer also offers universal tires, but at the same time, they use more robust carcasses with an increased cross-section of steel cords in the cord. The tread of such tires is made from rubber compounds with high resistance to wear, punctures, and cracks, as well as to the formation of small cracks. The manufacturer positions its regional models as specially adapted for operation on the African continent.

Hanksugi truck tires for mixed operating conditions and off-road use are mostly recommended by the manufacturer for use in Africa. They are distinguished by an increased thickness of the tread and sidewalls. The latter, in turn, are distinguished by the integration of a multi-layer steel cord into their structure, which increases their protection against external influences. Another feature of such tires is the use of tread patterns that are more effective off-road than on paved roads.
