Rubber Compound with Unusual Components
The tread area is made from the Aqua Pine rubber compound. Its composition includes quite unusual components, such as pine tree resin and vegetable oil. With their help, high strength of the compound is ensured for tear and stretch, resistance to prolonged heating, and elasticity at low temperatures.
Structural Strength of the Tire
The tire carcass is a multi-layered structure using various materials. Its basis is a 2-layer viscose cord, which provides the tire's carrying capacity and constancy of its shape under impact. A significant part of it is damped by a breaker made of steel and aramid cords. Special overlays ensure the immobility of this component. In turn, the seamless rim ring prevents the tire from shifting off the wheel disk during extreme driving.
