The winter tire DYNAPRO I*Cept (RW 08) has a directional tread pattern, excellent traction, increased comfort level, and excellent braking properties.
This model consists of a special rubber compound containing a silica-based filler. Due to this filler, the rubber provides maximally effective coupling properties with a wet road in winter conditions and allows it to be operated at various temperature regimes.
The tread pattern of the Hankook Dynapro I*Cept (RW08) tire has another distinctive feature — the presence of wavy lamellas and longitudinal semi-lamellas. This allows for improved rubber traction in all directions with the road, contributes to more effective braking, and reduces noise levels.
The improved design of the directional pattern improves handling and directional stability. Reinforced blocks, located in the central zone, undergo less deformation during movement, allowing for improved stability on any road surface.
The use of computer simulation made it possible to obtain optimal pressure distribution when the contact patch comes into contact with the road surface. This makes the car's behavior on the road more stable, and braking more effective.
The SCCT (Stiffness Control Theory) is applied in this model.
